Wonderful massage. Feel do much better

I had a really lovely experience!! From the moment I arrived, Dr. Manish and Kalpana were so warm and welcoming — it genuinely felt like I was being cared for by family. The space was peaceful and calming, and the massage itself was incredibly relaxing and grounding. You can tell they really know what they’re doing and put a lot of heart into the whole experience. I walked out feeling refreshed, lighter, and totally at ease. I’m so glad I went and would definitely go back.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Manish Trivedi for many years now and every visit is a deeply healing experience. The Abhyanga massage he performs in tandem with his wife, Kapala, is truly one of the best I’ve ever had. He customizes the technique and pressure to suit my dosha and the results are immediate. I leave feeling balanced, relaxed, and completely pain free. The warm herbal oil they use is deeply nourishing and leaves my skin incredibly soft. After the massage, I usually drift off to sleep in the Swedana (herbal steam tent), which helps seal in the benefits and fully relax my body and mind. Dr. Trivedi and Kapala bring care, professionalism, and deep Ayurvedic knowledge to everything they do. Highly recommended!
