The Abhyanga massage he performs in tandem with his wife, Kapala, is truly one of the best I’ve ever had. He customizes the technique and pressure to suit my dosha and the results are immediate. I leave feeling balanced, relaxed, and completely pain free. The warm herbal oil they use is deeply nourishing and leaves my skin incredibly soft. After the massage, I usually drift off to sleep in the Swedana (herbal steam tent), which helps seal in the benefits and fully relax my body and mind.
